The food was amazing. As the hotel wasn't busy, we got a room upgrade. We were lucky enough to check in three hours early, and head for the slopes which the chirlift is right next to the hotel. I will definately come back here again.Staff were really helpful.
Wine was a little expensive

The room was had a double bed and was 100% in accordance with the photos, it was quite large with a lot space in bathroom as well, toilette is separated. Room numbers ~600-605 have a fabulouse view at the mountain and the city. The funicular "village" is close to the hotel and is gets you to the main pists.
The hotel is locatet at the suburb of the city, the way the center is down the hill, so it is uncomfortable to get back by foot late in the evening. The free buses work up to 19.00PM and is a good way to get back to the Hotel.

The breakfast was great, the food was delicious. The rooms were functional with a balcony, the staff was really good. It was a great location for us, just next door to the entertainment center, France, and a mountain.
Nothing that i didn't like!

The food was good.
There was no service whatsoever, the staff did not have a clue about anything, they couldn't give any information about anything in the village, no taxi service or taxi's to call and located half way up the mountain gave us no option to go out in the evenings. No babysitting service or could they offer any help in getting someone, so I asked in another hotel in village who where more then happy to help even though I was not staying there! Babysitting service was stated on the website. No pool or gym which i was made to believe from the website, and one of the reasons i booked this hotel. I could go on and on, very disapointed in hotel, and would strongly advice to stay away from.

Staff were excellent!
I will never come back as I spent the night in the cold and had insufficient blankets. The heaters's settings can't be changed and insufficient heat in the room. In summary, you just lost a customer and his family and friends.

Very friendly and relaxed hotel. Clearly some money has been spent recently to update some of the furniture etc. Beds were comfortable and linen clean. Ideal location very near to the free lift to the ski slopes although it's only a few minutes to walk. All in all a hotel which I would return to.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Les Deux Alpes and had a wonderful experience. the staff at Mercure was amazing - super friendly and always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast, which had a wide variety of options including made to order omelets, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs. Our room was spacious and had a balcony with stunning mountain views. the bathroom looked newly renovated. Another plus was the hotel's proximity to the ski lift, with convenient storage for our equipment. There was even a ski rental nearby and a shuttle that took us to the town.
We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Cons: No complaints whatsoever.
